Doing healthy habits is a way of living a well-lived life. You can start your day off with good morning habits or bad. It’s all up to you and how you want your day to be. As we all know how you start your day whether it’s on a positive or negative note it can determine how you feel through the rest of the day.

Drink A Cup Of Water
You should drink 8 cups of water a day to stay hydrated. Since about 20 percent of daily fluid intake usually comes from food and the rest from drinks according to Mayo Clinic. Drinking water in the morning is not only good when you exercise. After drinking a cup of water a right after you wake up will help flush out toxins. Doing so beforehand is a good way of living a healthy life.
Morning workout is that can consist of simple too difficult exercise. As long as you’re doing some type of exercise that’s good for you. There can be many reasons why you want to exercise. Such as, can wake you up and give you energy to conquer the day. According to a University Georgia study, people can increase their energy levels by 20 percent and decrease their fatigue by 65 percent by exercising. But it has been shown to boost metabolism.
Get Some SUNLight
Getting some sun early in the morning can definitely wake you up. Compared to having the blinds close in your sitting in darkness after you just slept. So why not open the blinds as soon as you wake up. Even better start by stepping one foot closer outside to smell the fresh air.
Don’t Use Your Phone
As it becomes bright and early in the morning. Not using your phone for at least the first hour when you get up. By not checking your emails or messages is an important healthy habit. When you wake up and run straight to checking those notifications can lead to stress because. You become worried about the future and what you have to get done no matter if it’s work related or family.
Say Something Positive
By saying positive affirmations is a good way to lead you to a happy mood. If you’re having trouble saying what you’re happy for or grateful. Then, write it down that can always do the trick by making it seem less intense. Start off with 5 things and go up to the big one zero (10). But, waking up and having some positive saying surely you won’t have to force a smile.
