Four tips for having a good night’s sleep:
- Dim the lights for a while before going to bed. This acts as the sun setting in your apartment, which makes you sleepy faster.
- Keep it cool. It’s easier to fall asleep when the temperature is more relaxed. It can be more difficult if it’s too hot or too cold.
- Develop a ritual like a schedule. Try to go to bed and wake up around the same time every day. This way, your body would get used to the time.
- Get anxiety and stress in check, take a deep breath, relaxation before sleep, such as meditation, and try to drown out any unwanted noise.
