It can be slightly intimidating when you aren’t confident enough to say two little words “I’m fit.” Once you do, it can be pretty satisfying.

Rituals you should follow so you can get fit:
1. Workout Music
When I start feeling like doing nothing and working out isn’t that interesting. Music became the first thing to accomplish some challenging goals, from wanting to run a mile to getting six-pack abs or not wanting to be tired all the time. There are some excellent music apps that you can use. I recommend making YouTube your best friend. Music will continue to be my go-to morning pick-me-up during tired times.
2. Swap your coffee for tea
If you’re like most, morning coffee is a must. On the days when I can’t seem to get myself going. I suggest you fight the natural urge to grab a cup of jo and swap it out for tea (specifically green), which contains antioxidants that are good for you, with one main benefit of having less caffeine than coffee. At the very least, it’s a flavorful way of getting enough fluid into your body daily.
3. Move, move, move: I started researching what exercises would get me the fastest to my goals. But I was completely and utterly wrong. There isn’t any get-a-fit-quick scheme that works. After continuously reading and listening to people saying do this to get fit in 7 days. Then it would be best if you didn’t listen to them. (but if you do miraculously find something, just leave a comment 🙂 ) Anyway, what you should do is create a workout plan that fits your level so it will be easier to follow
4 . Surround yourself with positive energy
Everyone has those days when they are exhausted, and nothing seems to work. What I recommend is to switch things up a little bit; don’t do the same workout routine day by day. Bring a friend along, which can make some boring workouts fun. Having an active friend can positively influence you.
5. Laugh
When all else falls flat, I fake it until I make it. I come up with excuses to laugh, giggle, smile, or be happy. I don’t know if there’s any science behind it, but whenever I’m in a jolly state, I notice my energy levels spike.
Fun fact tea may help brighten your smile. At least your smile got brighter from all the tea you drank instead of coffee.
