If you want to change your life for the better then follow these steps:
Don’t take on too many
This doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t set amazing goals. It’s not about setting too many goals. There are so many goals that you want to chase but don’t focus on too many. Set a maximum of 7-10 goals.
This doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t do smaller steps to lead to the big one.
Start with one or two main goals
Of course this helps you to not put a lot of pressure on yourself.
List items that are achievable at the time. By prioritizing at least one or two main goals, will allow you to accomplish each one. This will help you to focus on what’s really important even though all the other ones are important. But one or two main goals is like the highlight of all the other small ones. Since it isn’t anything too overwhelming compare to trying to do all 10 at one time. By doing this you need to set realistic steps. Know matter how small they seem at the time, it should always lead up to the big picture. It is important to not give up so easily or skip action.
Put it this way it’s like walking up the stairs, and if you take on too many steps at one time you might fall. But, when you take on one or two at a time you can make it.
Remember life isn’t always going to be easy.
