Wide leg pants are a fashion staple.
I can’t get enough of wide-leg pants. It’s a trend of 2023. There are plenty of ways to style them, no matter your style. Suppose you were someone who had a love for fashion. Then you already know the trend of wearing wide pants started back in the past. Then someone brought it back again, which I’m entirely up for. It’s no denying that loose pants are in now, and regular jeans are becoming a thing of the past.
I’m saying this trend is officially one of the interesting ones. Brands aren’t just sticking to skinny jeans, no-no; it’s all types of fabrics nowadays. I have to say I’m entirely on their side, and I LOVE the relaxed pant silhouettes. I have several pairs in my closet, and I don’t think I’ll stop anytime soon.
Why Wear Wide-Leg Pants
It’s pretty obvious one of the main reasons wide pants are so in right now is because of how comfortable & chic they are. Unlike regular skinny jeans, you must find the right fit that hugs your body. Those wide pants are nothing like that; they’re lightweight or loose around your legs. You don’t have to worry too much about squeezing yourself in them. Anyway, it’s time to show you some of the chicest fashion-forward ways to style wide-leg pants.
Style With A Trench Coat & Crop Top
Here’s a look you can wear when you’re always out and about. This style is for sure giving me casual vibes all day long. So, if you’re feeling this flawless look, you’re probably into comfy. With so much light fabric around here, for instance, the white cropped tee. You won’t have to worry about getting too hot. Honestly, this outfit will probably be one of my first picks. It will fit perfectly with my aesthetic since it doesn’t have many details. I can throw this outfit right on without a fuss and head out and do what I gotta do with ease.
(Lucky Brand) Margo Soft Trench Coat
(Leset) Burn Out Pants
Wide Pants With A Blazer & Chunky Boots
How messed up will it be if your super cute jeans start getting dirty from the ground? That’s a massive NO in my style book; make your jeans untouchable to the ground if you decide to wear them with some high heel boots. I think leather boots with a leather-like blazer maximize the entire look. Therefore, making it the definition of fashion-forward, this outfit has simple details, yet you still stand out.
(Nasty Gal) High-Waisted Acid Wash Jeans
(Weworewhat) Downtown Blazer
Cropped Sweater & Neutral Tones
Finally, let’s go with a neutral color palette that looks like the seasons are changing. I like this cropped sweat sweater, white pants, and tan boots. Also, I’m not going to pass by the shiny gold necklace. It’s nothing too over the top but adds a nice touch. The necklace helps add a little bling to an all-neutral palette. Something about this cropped sweater helps emphasize the waist even more. I believe this outfit will fit right in with the less hot seasons.
(Good American) Pallazo Cropped Jeans
(Nasty Gal) Knit Cropped Sweater
Wear A Tucked In Shirt & Winter Booties
Regarding the cooler weather, you still want to look fashionable. It can become challenging when it comes to creating the right combo. To get a lovely silhouette, a slim fitted top tucked in might be critical in finding the right shoes for such a crop pair of jeans. It’s not as challenging as one might think by looking at the cut-off point of the jeans. Then, the idea of ankle boots will swoop right into your mind. You want to ensure your shoes don’t overshadow your outfit.
(Boyish) Wide Leg Flare Jeans
(L’agence) Cece Sleeveless Turtleneck
Light Brown Wide Leg Set
What so many of us tend to forget is wearing color-coordinated sets. This is one choice I think many of us should try. This outfit reminds me of loungewear but in a dressier and more classy way. The type of fabric this set is made from speaks volumes about how cozy and comfortable it is. I’m so here for it; a matching set still is a trendsetter worldwide. You can still be stylish and functional but without all the hassle when trying to find what item in your wardrobe goes with what, making putting clothes together easy.
